I spoke with DJ Harvey's father, Darren, today. And I don't have enough to constitute an article, but I did want to provide a general update on the elite junior wing from Hyattsville (Maryland) DeMatha Catholic.

- As you know, his current list sits at 16 schools.
- UNC is one of them, despite being the only program that hasn't offered him a scholarship
- Darren Harvey stated that he expects the offer to come "soon" from UNC
- The Harvey camp expects to cut that list to eight or nine around April, or in the spring.
- He commented on how well the Heels are looking this year. Said they are "a very unselfish team and the history, tradition and winning culture are appealing to them."
- His entire list, at this point, is Alabama, Arizona, Az State, Duke, Louisville, NC State, North Carolina, Texas, Maryland, Notre Dame, Oregon, Oklahoma, South Carolina, UCLA, UConn and Villanova
- Harvey plays his AAU hoops with Team Loaded (MD)
