Sorry in advance for the numbers not being as detailed (busy cussin' at a balky signal), anyway:

- our Bigs did not get off to a good start --- got out-hustled and out-fought early --- I'm sure Roy lit up some 6'9" butts at halftime. Played stronger and better in the second half. Bigs still need to finish better through contact.

- Good googly-moogly the FT shooting... sheesh! Zebras weren't helping us by any means but we got to the line plenty enough to put up a lot more points. That needs to improve pronto!

- played against a zone pretty much all day. Good experience. We'll see it again. Executed zone offense better in second half (mostly because of Bigs doing better at interior passing and finishing). JB and Nate hitting 3s kept things loose enough for the entries to be effective. Still impressive to score 92 vs a zone team despite poor FT shooting.

- Pushed tempo well despite that we were letting them get too much play on the offensive glass --- 15 Off Rebs is too damned many.

- Still waiting for JJ to get untracked. JB had to take on a lot of the burden to stimulate the offense in the first half. Once we started executing better inside the shooting angles opened up. Nate played his best offensive game as a Heel (his on-ball defense was, well... still not quite there).

Stats of note (again sorry for losing track of the transition points this time -- I had 11 FB pts. but I'm sure I missed at least one sequence --- the official # was 14 so that makes sense --- and I had 30 SB pts. which may be off by a couple as well).
We hovered right around 2.3 PPM for both JB and Nate at PG.
With JB at PG - UNC 66 - Fairfield 46
With NB at PG - UNC 26 - Fairfield 19
