Most modern made country music does not appeal to me. I have listen to Sturgill Sompson for a while and he is pretty good. Kind of similar to Waylon Jennings if you ask me.
Agreed. I, like you, can't find too many country artists these days I like. Simpson is a throwback. I'm sure you've heard of Jamey Johnson. He's also an old schooler. He reminds me of David Allan Coe.
