Surratt will not enroll this Spring

Chazz and his parents decided late last night to not enroll at UNC this spring.

He is still 100% committed to UNC. One of the major reasons was he was not going to be able to participate in Spring Practice even if he was cleared from injury. His rehab is going well.

I have an interview scheduled for him tonight for more info.
