CHAPEL HILL – Saturday, November 21st, is a double-header for the Tar Heel Sports Network with the football and men’s basketball teams playing at Noon and 2 p.m., respectively.

The 12th-ranked UNC football team takes its 9-1 record to Blacksburg, Va., to play at Virginia Tech. The standard Tar Heel Sports Network station list will be in effect for the football game with Jones Angell, Ethan Albright and Lee Pace on the call.

The No. 1-ranked men’s basketball team will tip off at Northern Iowa at 2 p.m. Eastern. Due to the overlap in game times, Dave Nathan and Eric Montross will provide the “radio” call of the men’s basketball game on GoHeels.com. There is no charge to listen to the UNC-Northern Iowa game on GoHeels.com (single-game subscription fees on GoHeels.com will be waived for this game).

However, if you choose to listen to either the football or men’s basketball game through UNC’s GoHeels app, then standard subscription rates will still apply.

Additionally, the men’s basketball game will be broadcast live on the following radio stations: 95X in Raleigh (95.3 FM), WSMY in Roanoke Rapids (1400 AM), WWGP in Sanford (1050 AM) and WHEE in Martinsville, Va. (1370 AM). A complete list will be posted to GoHeels.com as stations may be added prior to the game.

The UNC-Virginia Tech football game will be televised on ESPN and also available on Watch ESPN.

The Carolina-Northern Iowa men’s basketball game will be televised by Panther Sports Network in Iowa and Comcast Sports Net Chicago-PLUS and available on ESPN3.
