The Warriors needs to find a way to sign Harrison to a long term deal. Not sure if anyone else watched the come back win last night against the Clips (down by as many as 23 points last night), but Harrison was going off, especially during some HUGE stretches in the 4th quarter that got the Dubs back into the game and kept them hanging around until Steph started going bananas. Also, if you aren't spending some times watching the Warriors play, you are doing yourself a disservice, as they play inspiring team basketball and epitomize team ball and having fun together.

Scuttlebutt has it that the Warriors are waiting to extend Barnes to keep the cap space open to make a run at Kevin Durant. Don't see him leaving OKC for anyone but the hometown Wizards and look for the Warriors to extend Barnes once Durant is off the table. It's just good business to keep the most options open

Barnes is an important piece for them and it is a good spot for him as well. I hope he stays there. I fear if he leaves to try and be 'the man' somewhere it won't be a good fit for him. He just made two big threes to ice this game against the Bulls. He has been the second biggest factor in both Warrior wins against the Clippers this year.

They have a really good team. There are a ton of really good players on that team.

Nice cornfly...was just coming on here to post about those huge 3s he just hit to seal this game! He sandwiched the 3s with a defensive stop as well. Love this team and love The Black MF Falcon!

Supposedly Barnes was offered a 4yr 64mill contract extension a couple of months ago. Nothing has been accepted but it seems to be a good starting point for negotiations to get done.

Wow if he can get that kind of money and stay with a team with top notch teammates, ownership, coaching, and fan base I think you'd be crazy to go any where else for any amount of money. It's enough to take care of his family for several generations so why even entertain going somewhere messed up for more money. TBF.doesnt strike me at all as the celebrity type that needs the limelight and big city media hype like Carmelo at NYC for example. B

Barnes is likely hedging his bets this season that he can command a higher number if he has a year where he takes the next step as a player. Keep in mind the NBA salary cap number also jumps up quite a bit after this season as well. It's the reason why Lebron only signed a 2 year deal with Cleveland.

The only reason I see not to take 64 million is to take 100 million!

I hope he doesn't have to leave the Warriors since he and Steph are the best reasons to watch them or the NBA!
