The addition of KW Saturday was huge and it will probably be better for the Heels in the long run. Williams is a three-four year guy that will fill a major need for us next year and he brings the kind of balance that all of Roy Williams NC teams have had. In 05 and 09, we had at least three starters or more who could consistently knock down threes. In 05' it was MCants, Felton, Jawad Williams and Melvin Scott. In 09' it was Lawson, Ellington and Danny Green.
The 2015-16 Heels will have Paige, Berry, Jackson and Williams as legitimate big time three point shooters and a front court that is unmatched in the nation in depth.and overall talent. If we don't win it this year, it will either be under-performance or injuries that are to blame.
Looking beyond next year, will have a fantastic foundation with out stars, but great role players. We should have Berry, Pinson, Meeks, Britt, Maye, Hicks ?, and Williams providing no one pulls a Tokoto. Lots of proven talent with a lot of playing time to offer. I like our chances!!!!!!!!!
