In this era, UNC football needs major funding (beyond what even extra BT or SEC TV money would bring), which makes FedEX Kenan Stadium sound really great to me. In just caching terms, Smith has not shown what I would prefer, but if hiring him means FedEX becomes the major sponsor for UNC football then much good will happen even if the team doesn't win the ACC within 4 years.
