A REALLY incredible list of just how the starters on yesterday S Bowl ranked coming out of high school


Indicates just how subjective these evaluations are..the lack of five star recruits on both sides is amazing IMO

Not really. Rivals only awards 5 stars to the top 30 or so recruits out of over 3,000 recruits each year. That's only 1%. Then you consider the portion who wash out academically or suffer injuries and the number gets even smaller.

I'd like to see the same analysis done with a larger data set, not just a single year's SB. I'm sure as heck not gonna do it, though.

Yes , That would be a better comparison since 5 stars = the number of 1st round draft picks per year.
