Huge for sure, similar to last year, not much room for error on the bubble at this point last year here we are again this year.
Last year it looked super bleak almost a done deal while losing big to tier 3 Syracuse at this point of the season, and we stormed back to snare the win and finished strong to get off the bubble and safely in. Maybe that 2nd half at ND, will be that moment this year ?

We must win out and win 2 games in the ACCT. I feel we will do it! I like the aggression Nance finally showed. Now we need to show consistent effort, hit a few shots and rebound like we know how to! We have had several games that looked like turning points only to see us regress; hopefully this is the one that sticks!

All these good vibes after beating a team that is 10-18 and 2-15 in a very mediocre ACC? Scoring a whopping 19 points in the first half and then only played well due to a "tongue lashing" from "Hubs"?
Nah, go sell crazy somewhere else. Call me pessimistic but also call me realistic after watching this debacle all season.
Same good vibes after being competitive at Pitt and a flash in the pan against Clemson only to be let down again.

I know this is going to be difficult but we could beat UVA. They aren't that good and we are at home. I wouldn't take the Heels even but I do think we have a decent chance.
I think most of us here have been realistic about the performance of our team this season and don’t wear “light blue glasses “, but we’re in the moment right now and the season is not lost! Remember how you felt last year mid season, and how you felt at halftime of the natty? I understand your frustration- but I assure you no one is more frustrated than the coaches and players. I will always support whoever is coaching and playing for The North Carolina Tar Heels! Let’s go!
I think we will beat Uva, I KNOW we should beat them but who ever knows how this team will come out for the opening tip, will they come our hair on fire or sleepy? Do Leaky and Nance settle for long treys or do they play more to the strengths of their game? Will RJ and or Caleb once again become deadly shooters that take shots within the offense or go back to one on one ball because no one else is actively looking to get in to good position for a pass? Will our bench produce?
Yep, a point and half overnight is a large jump. UNC must have been getting heavy action.
