Anybody know if Leaky and Nance are healthy? With Virginia a week away, if they need rest, they should take it now and against ND.

And how about Washington. Is he ready for a bigger role?

Wake's bench is huge. Against Va Tech - a game they won - 4 guys 6'10 or taller played 86 minutes. They may not be as talented as our bigs, but they have lots of fouls to give.

We should win - we're the better team and it's on our court - but if the refs let them bang, it could get interesting.

I'm assuming Seth will get more PT for that reason. It will be a good test for his D.

Whose minutes will he take?
I want to see if RJ can contain him but yes for sure if up to me Trimble would get really good minutes in this game and his assignment would be to stop Appleby, face guard him, stay in his jock, take him out of their offense. Cut the head off the snake!

The other thing I would do because I am not convinced Leaky is 100% with that ankle is I would limit his minutes and use Puff and Nickel more at the 3.

Everybody that played in the last game looked physically healthy to me! Love looked a little mentally unfocused and TNick couldn't get much traction but they all looked healthy! (shooting seemed to need a doctor though!) Appleby isn't super big/strong so I think RJ can stay in front. But Seth will see some time and hopefully can frustrate him!

On paper, we seem to match up well against them. We will see if we can stay focused for the entire game. If we take and hit good shots and protect the ball, I think we can handle them. If we are sloppy or miss layups we won't!

Leaky has been seen in a walking boot after the last couple games, I think I know when he hurt it but can't recall which game it was, may have been against OSU. He went down and grabbed his ankle, hobbled off the court, came back and played but I think that was when he got the ding.

I forgot about that play, but I remember saying it could be devastating to lose him. When he returned and looked fine, I forgot about it! It would explain why he couldn't stay in front of his last two assignments like he usually does though! Nance also didn't finish the last game but that might have been a coach's decision.

This is normally a really good comment, but what transpired on Friday renders it moot.
How Trimble played 5 mins and watch for 35 min while I forget his name , hmm......... Mark Augirre went off for 31 points vs boys
