It runs until supplies last, and I have no clue how long that will be.

According to Rivals:

The user can certainly go through the URL and sign-up, then give his friend the username/password (of course he will be paying for it). Then just let me know what the person's email address is (the one who bought it and wants the gift certificate code) and I'll send it to him.

I won't be buying a sub for my friend or myself. There is so much negativity and knocking of our players (current and pending) and our Coach (Hall of Famer) that I can barely stomach reading this board for free. No way I would pay for this stuff. I know there are recruiting tidbits on the paid board but for me that cannot overcome the toxicity that has leached much of the value from this place over the last few years.

Have you ever been to the premium boards? They are nothing like the free ones. They are much more civil, have a ton more information, and you get to interact with the staff.
