I thought the press asked some very good and pointed questions. Very good interview. The press typing during the interview was extremely distracting though. I do hope Hubert is going to be a lot more aggressive defensively and he allows the free lance offense to be more prominent as well as the secondary break. We have to start dictating the tempo

Yep, although the biggest disappointment was no system questions.

There was a bit of one, but there is plenty to ask and we will have quite a few more opportunities leading to the season. He did hit on what he wanted from the group, saying he wanted more shooters and guys that can handle the ball outside with vision and a willingness to pass.

On that note, however, I do have it on good authority that "pointing to the passer" has become a thing again.

As discussed on another thread Gary…. Pointing to the passer was missing in recent times because:
a) poor/no passing
b) poor/no finishing
With Elliot on board I’m hoping problem a) will be solved…. And he’ll likely help with problem b) too.
