Despite reports that the Cablanasian was barely able to walk and was certainly NOT hitting balls, El Tigre released a video of him practicing in a simulator this week

I Have to say his tempo looks good, but of course he has a long way to go.

It Would be a HUGE boost to the game if and when he comes back and I am no big Tiger fan. You cannot deny the interest that would generate.

I guess it would boost ratings a little because people would be intrigued to see if Tiger is capable of coming back. But golf is in great shape right now with a handful of young players that are ruling the sport. Speith, Day, Fowler, DJ, and a few others are in position to have some epic battles over the next few years.

Personally, I think Tiger is done and I don't care at all. I'm not a Tiger hater, but his time in the spotlight has passed and I have no problem moving on to the next group of stars. I think that's how most golf fans see it. Sure, there are people that watched golf just because of Tiger. But real golf fans don't really care.

Has the date of the video been verified? If it is a video from a couple of months ago, that doesn't prove he is doing fine right now. He could just be trying to hide a setback from the surgery.
