Why is he wearing his waistband turned inside out?
I am sure his uniform fits.
I coach in high school and have started to see this trend in high school as well. Will not allow my players to do it as I require them all to wear their uni the same.

Now I see Berry is doing the same thing.
To some it is not a big deal but it can be seen as an individual trying to draw attention to himself.
Not a good thing for a TEAM sport.

Those nike/jordan shorts are really baggy. It gives them a better fit when you flip the waistband

Yup. Some players don't like them riding their knees, it can feel like they are restricting. Flipping the waistband pulls them up a bit. Trust me, this is not a fashion statement.
