Top 40 NC for 2016

Well I'm biased because I'm an East Lincoln High School alum but I would love to see Chazz Surratt become a Tarheel. I have watched this kid since he was a freshman and he is something special. He led us to an undefeated state champ season this year (was also a big contributor on the 2012 undefeated state champ team as a freshman). He is now a huge part of an undefeated basketball team vying for the title.

It doesn't matter where they put him on the football field. QB, WR, or any position on defense. He's just a hell of a football player.

Trust me, we're already worried about it. UNC's misses haven't been for a lack of trying. If we're being honest, Carolina hasn't been an especially attractive for recruits of late with the poor performances on the field (especially defense) and the black clould of the scandal that has yet to blow over.

The Chizik hire was huge, not just because he can repair the issues on that side of the ball but because he also lends immediate credibility for prospects. Assuming UNC doesn't completely tank this season, I think a lot more recruits will give the Heels a serious look than have the past few years. All that said, UNC has still recruited reasonably well under Fedora.

There are some who think he ca play both sports. I would much prefer that QBs and PGs stick to one sport in college.

Aren't we after him as an Athlete because the staff realizes he could be a super WR?

Here's to hoping that the Chizik hire pays dividends especially with recruits on D. From anywhere and everywhere.

A lot of recruits probably waiting to see if this train wreck can get back on the tracks.

Yes and I believe he would be best at WR in college. Has excellent hands and tough to tackle in the open field.

Huge recruiting weekend: Antonio Williams , Surratt , Colon ,Garrett Walston , Isaiah Stallings , Yulee , Javontay Smith (who is drawing a lot of SEC interest) , Jauan Williams , Jawon Pass and Jonathan Smith.

Junior Day this weekend ^

Not a coincidence that it coincides with the Carolina - Duke game
