Tyrone Hopper, a well-regarded three-star linebacker from Roswell, Ga., told me this morning that Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Louisville are his three favorites. He will visit and camp at UNC this weekend, I believe. He's from North Carolina. Also worth noting that his younger brother, '18 tight end Tyneil Hopper, is visiting schools with him and starting to emerge.
