For all intents and purposes yes. You only get five years after you've graduated from high school.
Only exceptions are military (acceptable) and religious missions (completely ridiculous).
Frankly I think anyone who still has amateur status should be eligible if they're a full time student at the university.

Also, you're wrong with your numbers (again). There's a scholarship spot for Powell.
You mean sucks as a WR, he's probably a fantastic person in other ways
I said "if Jordan Riley returns this summer, we'd need two other people to leave", cuz right now, by my count we're one over the limit (since Powell is back).

As long as you havent enrolled in a 4 yr university after high school you retain your eligibility (ie someone who goes into the military out of hs still has 4 yrs of eligibility). Doesnr matter if u are American or from another country
Nope. The military and religious missions are exemptions. But other than that you only get five years starting the summer after you graduate high school. It's bullshit.
