No one is going to be able to broker a good deal with any country like Iran or NK. But we have to have something in place and the old deal was a start. Trump undid it for political points.

And Trump hates Obama simply because of the way he ridiculed the businessman at the correspondents dinner, plain and simple. You could see Trump seething as he sat and listened. I don't think the color of his skin has a thing to do with it.
I don't think Trump cares what color Obama's skin happens to be. He does feel threatened by him because he embarrassed him in public. I also doubt his conscious mind believes Obama is smarter than he is, but I think his conscience knows Obama is smarter than him. Now, "smarter" is subjective, of course.
