Exactly. He is a smart, tough OG, with leadership skills. Even if you are certain he cannot ever start on your NFL team, you should want him, because he is the ideal teammate.

NFL Scouting report describes him as a road grader great on the 1st block but often whiffs on the 2nd block and lateral movement is a weakness.
