Is there anything that they can actually do? From everything I've read, everyone seems to agree that UNC can't be involved in any legal action. Could the board do something on their own? Seems like they would have a lack of standing if they did it by themselves.

UNC can't sue the NCAA because UNC IS the NCAA. ALL the schools are. I don't really know what they think they will find. Part of the meeting may have been about messaging as well. People saying Mack should just play Tez anyway don't realize the NCAA will crush UNC with sanctions for lack of institutional control. So that won't happen.
