UNC fans, what are your thoughts on Gene Chizik as your DC?

As you probably know, the Vols are looking for a new DC. Chizik's name is coming up.
Why did your defense struggle so badly against Baylor? Are you short a few players on that side of the ball?
Chizik loves Chapel Hill and has said so on multiple occasions. He also has said the only way he wants to leave is for a perfect HC gig.
We're short multiple players on that side of the ball, actually. The DT spot in particular has seen significant attrition over the last couple years, and one of our DT starters was out for the Baylor game. UNC's rush defense was the team's weakest area all season. Baylor was a terrible, terrible bowl matchup for the Heels.
As far as Chizik, I love the guy. Sure, our numbers improved tremendously over last season, but I like his philosophy as a whole too. Emphasis on fundamentals, putting players in the right place to succeed, and limiting catastrophic plays. If he sticks around and we build some quality depth in the front 7, we should be able to field a top 25 defense every season IMHO.
Love Chizik, and he seemingly loves Chapel Hill. I think his resume as a DC speaks for itself, but our defense was so much better this year because of scheme, X's and O's, and his ability to coach fundamentals and technique. The defense had a whole new vibe this year, and ultimately it was because of him. YOU CAN'T HAVE HIM
Hes horrible. Players are revolting. Baylor just rushed for 8 more yds as i type this. His hobbies include shooting blue tick hounds on sight, hip hop, and runs the nick saban fan site. He has a peyton manning jersey on his bathroom floor to catch stray drops when he wizzes and detests over alls.
Plus he is on record as despising Country music...called it, and I quote, "Tunes for cats to vomit to".
My thoughts are I'm excited to watch him coach up the Heels again in 2016 
He's quoted as saying there's not enough green in the world to make him wear orange.
And that "Rocky Top" doesn't even crack the Osborne Brothers' 5 best songs.
