Just spoke with Class of 2017 running back Javon Leake of Page H.S. in Greensboro. He was offered after a strong camp performance at UNC earlier in the day. NC State and East Carolina have also offered but Leake told me that UNC is his favorite. Clemson would make a big rise on his list if they offer. He's camped there, I believe.
Leake is originally from The Bronx and since college football rooting interest isn't as significant there, it's just been since his move to N.C. that he's looked more into college football.
