Demon June Jr.: "My thoughts are that a lot more eyes will be on the program. I know it will be more changes made but all will be beneficial considering he has a lot of knowledge and experience! Super excited to be there in January and get around him."
Ancrum: "I'm excited about the hire. I feel like the school made the right decision. I'm excited to be coached by Coach Belichick. I'm ready to get there in January and put in the work."
Haynes: "I’m excited that Coach Belichick has gotten the job. He’s an experienced coach who knows how to win. I’m glad they got the coaching situation figured out, now it’s time to get to work!"
Nelson: "I'm thrilled for the opportunity to be coached by a legend, who’s proven he knows what it takes to win at the highest level. I’m looking forward to getting to work in January, and seeing what great things are going to happen within the program. It’s a special time in North Carolina Football, and I’m thankful to be a part of it!"
