The game shown there was the one at Clemson, played 1/6/08. I’m guessing you were at the game played in Chapel Hill which was indeed in February, 2/10/08.
Both were OT affairs btw, the one at home was double OT. That’s maybe where you got confused.
This game took place on my 16th birthday. It was not on National television in my area of Southern Indiana. My how times have changed in that regard.
The Sports Illustrated story the next week was titled " Ding Dong Duel in Dean's Dome"
I still remember without looking it up that Steve Hale went backdoor for 28 points that day.😎
I remember this game like it was yesterday, one of the last games I watched with my grandmother, she was the biggest Heels fan I knew.

Those 4 and me could win a National Championship! Not because we have all the positions covered, but because the other team would never get a rebound.
