Oregon HC Dan Lanning is in his first year as HC ever, but he is 9-3. He is a coach on the rise, while Mack is an old coach who is not on the rise. Lanning was Smart's DC at UGA and so has won a National Championship. He also worked under Saban for a year.
Oregon OC Dillingham was been hired at AZ ST HC, and I have no idea who will run that offense now. Oregon's DC is a former NFL DL coach, and he believes in a very tough defense that starts with a DL that bashes opponents. He almost certainly will plan to come hard after Maye. Then great oddity of Oregon's staff is that the CB Coach is also the Passing Game Coordinator - so he works both sides of the ball. They have a CB coach competent enough to coach both sides of the ball, and we have a CB coach who is barely competent enough to wok on an average HS team staff.

Follow me here. Bly does not do any teaching with these dudes, I promise you. He's learning from Chiz and Warren and is primarily a recruiter. This info comes from recruits, their parents and current players on the team. Bly is not teaching the guys to play 10 yards off and to not turn around.
Your defenses of Blymake the point that he never should have been hired. He is at best wasted space and money. And him on staff screams about garndpa Mack's soft gooey weaknesses.
I call them correcting you as you believe Bly is calling the defenses and teaching these guys to be soft, which he's not. You think you know a lot more than you really do. If you have an issue with his position, you should take it up with Bubba.
