2018 QB Cameron Rising from Newbury Park, CA, already has offers from Arizona State, Cal, Fresno State, Houston, Oregon State and Washington State but his recruitment is really beginning to take off and catch attract major programs. UNC may be out there today watching him throw.
“I have North Carolina coming out to see me and Oregon,” he told Rivals.com earlier this week.
Rising is getting adjusted to the increase in attention.
“It’s definitely a different feeling,” Rising said. “I’m not used to it but I like it. It’s a good problem to have.
“I’m just sitting back and letting it come to me. I’m not going to really decide anything. I’m just taking it one step at a time.”
Rising's older brother is a JC transfer at Arizona State and has two years left to play.
