This game looms a bit larger then normal with Michigan struggling non conference and the ACC' s woes in non conference. Our schedule from here on out looks to have many more opportunities for damaging loses then for quality wins as far as the overall NET profile. Getting a quality neutral court win today would be very helpful.
Also interested in how RJ does, he seems to be excited about playing back in his home state of New York, with his first time playing at " the Mecca" Madison Square Garden.
Hopefully RJ will not succumb to the pressure of playing in his home state, which some of his relatives and friends will be in attendance. With his experience of playing on the biggest stages during his tenure, believe he will rise to the occasion, and produce.
This a huge game because a win would mark a real turn around that can last while a loss would suggest that maybe this team is going do a bunch of ping-ponging.
Wish the heels would play D like Ohio state is currently & wish our O would get open looks too ........
Not sure what happened to Bacot this year, but he’s getting dominated in almost every game. Lots of touches inside today, but he’s done nothing with them.

Definitely a difference in toughness between the two teams. Crisp passes and solid defense on one side, loose play and lack of fundamentals on the other side.
I know it is cold and wet in New York with all of the snow but these unforced turnovers are not being caused by the weather but by a lack of focus…
