I think may done good with Bacot .. it's all opinions.. jw not much hope because all his injuries
what type of shot repertoire or inside game did bacot have after his 5/6 yr career .. ??

Lots of people year after year tried to get Fogler and Roy and Guthridge. Lots were very interested in Phil Ford until they knew of his alcohol problem. People even came for other Roy assistants at UNC - but not Davis.
Lebo had a .487 winning percentavge at ECU before being fired. He went on to help coach a high school team before a 1 year stint as an assistant in the g league before Hubert hired him. Just another friendship hire. We have way to many jobs for the boys.
Sullivan is the most frustrating player i've seen at UNC in my 50 years. Its not a coincedence we look like a terribly prepared team every game. We don't recognize shooters or execute offensively. Thats due to coaching.

One thing I won't/ can't do is criticize the assistant coaches. I have nothing to go on in this regard, nor does anyone on these forums.
Carolina assistant coaches are silent and that is by design across the board.
These coaches are either complicit in their belief in the system that Hubert is now running........
OR they don't share Coach Davis views and think this is the train wreak that we all see game to game.
What can they say? An assistant coach must remain loyal to a fault as long as they are employed. I don't think any of us will know their true feelings until way down the road.

Wait a minute. Are you saying that Pat Sullivan was more frustrating than Caleb love?!
There is probably 2 reasons for that they don't think he can coach and they knew he wouldn't have left.
Lebo is supposedly the "Defensive Coordinator." HD and Brad seem to do much of the offensive coaching. Sean and Marcus work with their position groups in practice, but don't seem to have much say in our gameplan, but I think they do prepare some of the opponent scouts. Sullivan...not really sure. I guess he's the NBA liaison.
In this era- without a head coach who kids look at and say "he can prepare me for the NBA" we are never getting to the final 4 again unless the bracket implodes after the first weekend and we're left standing.
We need a coach who can bring in his crew and be ready to bring over 2-3 of his stars via the portal as well as new commits and a few shifted commits.
