As sitcoms go, I thought both Night Court and WKRP in Cincinnati were good, underrated. I don't think the writing these days is as funny in most sitcoms (example: Big Bang Theory, That 70's Show, are garbage)
That 70s Show obviously went on WAAAAY too long and turned to crap but the first few seasons were excellent.

I agree about WKRP. That show was moved around the schedule so much it was always losing followers. When it was cancelled after 4 seasons there was a large outcry by its fans, but by the time the producers realized their mistake the cast had already moved on to other projects. The cast that was assembled for WKRP was fantastic. I have the new box set with about 85% of the original music restored. If you are like me and have watched all the episodes you should see the episode about the 50K guess the song contest episode. The entire last 10 minutes are totally different. With different actors as the guy who tried to steal the money. Check it out if you can.

Fresh Prince is pretty universally accepted as awesome.

I know a lot of people liked it, but I don't think it rose to the level of popularity like say Friends, Seinfeld or Big Bang now. That's what I meant.

My favorite line - Phillip - "Do I look like a white guy named Ward?"

Agree on WKRP. That show was great. It's on MEtv, but it's the episodes without the original soundtrack. I need to look into that box set.

That you do. Its made by "SHOUT FACTORY" and from my understanding they paid a nice piece of money to get most of the original songs back. Every episode I notice one of the original ones. You can find them on eBay for around $35.00 which to me is a steal..... Good Luck and oh yea,
Boogerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! :)

fbi isn’t bad...i seriously just started watching for that chick...now i only watch for that chick.

you know what, i don’t even know if it’s good, i just wanna see her.

It tended to take a back seat to Magnum P.I., but I loved this show back in the day. Back then, shows would occasionally do "crossover" episodes and characters from one show would appear on another. I remember one Simon and Simon show that included the characters from Whiz Kids and they all worked together on a case.
