Did anyone else watch us beat the Netherlands today? What a finish! Last 5 minutes were unbelievable.

I was at the beach so really watched very little of anything. I didn't even realize it was on or else I probably would have at least caught some of it though. Pretty surprised by the outcome but think it's great.

Yes I was definitely surprised. Klinsman has us playing at a higher level than traditionally we have been, but I never thought we could get any kind of result (win or tie) in Amsterdam. The Dutch let off the gas too soon and our young guys, not even realizing they were supposed to acquiesce as usual, put their collective foot up the Netherlands butt for it.

I'm interested to see if we can keep up this level of play on Wednesday (6-10) against the Germans. The game is in Cologne, Germany so it would be epic to even pull off a tie after what we did against the Dutch. Klinsman is definitely challenging this squad and is raising the level of competition. Win or lose I like it.

It was an incredible comeback. Loved every second of it.

We beat the Germans in the last friendly we played, probably because they didn't play their A team. Should be interesting to see their lineup this time out
