• UNC has not trailed in three straight games, the first time the Tar Heels have led wire-to-wire in three consecutive games since 2018-19 against Stanford, Tennessee Tech and Saint Francis (Pa.).
• In the last three games (Syracuse, NC State and Virginia), the Tar Heels have led for a combined 112 minutes and 35 seconds and have not trailed for any amount of time.
• Carolina went on a 15-0 run in the first half, the fifth time this season UNC had a run of at least 15 points (first time since Cal).
• Carolina’s win is its 10th ACC win, the 48th time the Tar Heels have won at least 10 regular-season ACC games in a season.
• UNC’s shot 56.3% from three (9 of 16), its highest percentage this season and its second best in the Hubert Davis era. It was the highest percentage since the Tar Heels shot 58.8% from three vs. Georgia Tech on 12/6/2021.

• UNC is 15-4 this season when it shoots at least 30% from three and 6-1 when it shoots 40% or better from three.
• Virginia had 21 rebounds, the second straight game an opponent had 21 rebounds, which ties the fewest vs. a Hubert Davis team.
• Carolina led at the half for the 13th time in 16 ACC games. UNC improved to 10-3 when leading at the half in league play this season.
• Carolina led by 12 points at the half, the seventh time UNC has led its opponent by double digits at halftime this season and the first time it has done that in consecutive games.
• Carolina shot 56.0% in the first half. The Tar Heels improved to 8-2 this season when shooting at least 50% in the first half.

• Carolina has shot 50% from the floor in four of the last five halves and in at least one half in seven of the last eight games.
• UNC held a 20-point lead in the second half, the eighth time UNC has led a game by 20 or more points this season.
• Carolina outrebounded the Cavaliers, 35-21. UNC was plus 33 in rebounds in the two wins over NC State and Virginia this week.
• The Tar Heels had 17 second-chance points (Virginia had two). UNC scored 38 second-chance points in the last two games.
• Carolina shot 48.2% from the floor. UNC has shot 48% or better from the floor in four of the last five games (all wins).

• The Tar Heels are 30 for 64 from three-point range (46.9%) in the last three games (all wins).
• Jae’Lyn Withers scored 16 points and pulled down 11 rebounds for his second double-double of the season (10 and 10 vs. Elon). It was Withers’ ninth collegiate double-double and his fourth in two seasons as a Tar Heel.
• Withers has scored 43 points in the last three games, his highest three-game scoring stretch as a Tar Heel.
• Withers made four three-pointers, his most as a Tar Heel and equaled his collegiate high (which he did three times while at Louisville). He has made eight in the last four games, including seven in the last three.
• Withers made at least one three for the fourth straight game, his longest streak as a Tar Heel. He made multiple 3FGs for the third straight game and fifth time this season. UNC is 4-1 this season when Withers makes multiple threes.

• Withers (16 points) shared team scoring honors with Ian Jackson. It was the first time Withers has ever led UNC in scoring.
• Withers’ 11 rebounds were also his best as a Tar Heel and were the most since he had grabbing 13 against Georgia Tech in 2023.
• Ian Jackson’s 16 points led Carolina in scoring for the ninth time this season, the second-most on the team (RJ Davis 13).
• Jackson was 3 for 4 from three. It was the 13th time this season he made multiple 3FGs (UNC 9-4).
• Drake Powell scored 11 points, the first time he scored in double figures since he had 12 at Duke. It was the seventh time he scored in double figures.
• Ven-Allen Lubin scored 14 points, his second-highest scoring output as a Tar Heel. It was his seventh game in double figures this season.

UNC-Virginia
• The Tar Heels have won five of the last seven games and are 136-62 all-time against the Cavaliers.
• Carolina is 69-9 at home vs. UVa, including 27-6 in the Smith Center. The Tar Heels have won the last three games in the Smith Center (in 2022, 2023 and 2025).
• UNC’s 81 points were the most it scored vs. Virginia since scoring 93 points in a win on 2/16/2013. Carolina’s high point total since the 2013 game was 74 points.
