This pile of human debris is now behind bars. Too bad he is in Europe, where capitals punishment is not allowed....

I place a high value on human life, but this is a case where I would consider an exception. I bet when they get done with him he'll wish he was dead.

As proof of what I mean, please note this exact quote from the linked article: "After evading French and Belgian authorities for four months, he was today arrested during a siege on his bolthole...."
