I checked out Zamir White this evening in Laurinburg, NC. His Scotland High School Fighting Scots beat New Hanover 40-14 Friday night, a contest more entertaining than the score would indicate.
I don't have official stats on Zamir, but my wild guess would be somewhere in the 160-180 yard range. Had a touchdown catch on the last play of the 2nd quarter, and also a 67 yd TD run on the last play of the third quarter. He had two shorter TD runs called off by penalty.
Below is my interview with him. He didn't elaborate on his top schools. He insisted he is open, but he didn't dispute the top group of schools I brought up.
