McCall is definitely a "down the road" guy with Surratt and Pass the top two targets at QB. The other '16 QB, Moore, is a really good player from Georgia that I like a lot. Pure dual-threat, some similarities to Russell Wilson -- some (being careful there). He's also behind the others on the board.
Brown is making about his twelfth trip to UNC, so read into that what you will.
