and we will ... i'm sure he's a fine fellow and good player ... but if'n he dont want the heels, just go to skinsucky and ride the pine 'till your butt's sore and creaky ... we still got m. maye and that' s all we'll ever need to beat 'sucky ....

HEELS NATIONAL CHAMPS ......SUCKY SUCKS .......................................

I figure him and SKJ will have plenty of time to talk about OAD and the benefits of cloth seats over vinyl on the KY sideline.

First, I have never been that guy that felt Knox to UNC was ever going top happen, bet there is a set of coaches in Durham really pissed off over this one! Don't get me wrong, glad he didn't commit to duke, he would have fit what duke needed for next season.

Knox and UNC, was not a great fit, meaning I did not feel KNox would have brought us much of a net sum gain. Not a knock on the kids talent, he is very talented but it would have been tricky to start him at the 3 when that is Theo's more natural position and maybe BRob's as well. Knox is not a knock down jump shooter, he is a big guy that puts the ball on theny and Jalek at floor really well and a strong finisher. Not saying he can't shoot, saying it is not his strength, shot like 35% from trey as a senior, not bad but not exactly knock down either. Now it is easy for us, start Theo at the 3 backed up by Brob, Kenny & Jalek at the 2, nice 2-3 rotation.

What baffles me is him picking Ky, I mean they have PJ and Vanderbilt, basically they already 2 other replicas of this kid, total joke to really think this kid will be a 2 guard at Ky. No, this kid will absolutely play, the riding the pines comments are sour grapes guys, he will play but this kid, like PJ and Vandy are power forwards that do not want to accept they are. Now if they get Bamba that will be yet another 4, maybe they can let Bamba run the point...

I wish UNC had got him, but UNC can also live without him. His reason for picking UK is horse crap. Biggest myth in college basketball is that Calapari gets guys to the NBA. He does nothing, they would have gone anyways, Cal had nothing to do with it.

Actually if you look at the talent Cal has had over the last decade at the results, he may be the worst coach in the history of any sport.

You are so right seahawk, the stats do not speak kindly of coach calamari.

In a recent interview, Kevin Knox said Kentucky’s coaching staff, its transition offense and the chance to develop into a great player, are the three reasons he chose the Wildcats over Duke, North Carolina, Missouri and Florida State.

Ya know what, you woulda thought by now that maybe a few other college coaches would have tried to incorporate a transition offense in to their game plan. Come on Roy, let our guys run a fast break every now and then...SMFH

Between Theo and Brandon, the SF spot will be ably manned next year. If anyone has earned a chance to start at his natural position in college, it's Theo. Joel, Kenny, Seventh, and Jalek will form a great backcourt.
