We have to remember that Pitino is not named in the indictment. Someone referred to as Coach 2 who has been reported to be Pitino. That is something the media and a lot of people have jumped on, but nothing has come down the pike from any official sources that I am aware of declaring coach 2 in fact to be Pitino. It very well may be the case, but I am still one to believe in innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
