Watched the State and Weak Forest game, there were somethings that could pose big issues for us this weekend. State blitz Sam often with different players blitzing. They also dropped 8 with a three man rush, which Wake took advantage of on a few occasions. There were some questionable calls in that game that were in State's favor, still not overly impressed with ACC officiating. It's a known fact as many have related to, that we cannot allow Sam time to sit in the pocket and make throws. State had someone in his face, even when he threw some ridiculous touchdown passes. Wake seem to abandum the running game due to being behind, and State just pinned their ears back and attacked.
Predicted that we would be 10-2, having the Wake game as a loss. Have some reservation about a rejuvenated State team with their freshman quarterback, (dual threat). Plus they have a pretty decent defense, unlike Weak Forest. This game at Weak Forest has the potentials to be the first team to 70 wins. Wish I was wrong! 👀👀👀👀
