Hook could very well have those same poor weeks that everyone else has discovered can happen.

We have 10 weeks left, a couple of those weeks could be 'Crazy 8' weeks if we have enough close games to pick from.

The Hook-Man predicted Nebraska this week, and the 'Huskers had to put up 23 points in a fantastic come from way behind effort just to cover that spread. Down 33-10 in the 4th qtr., I had Miami already in the prediction 'win' column only to have to change it.

He'll start to feel the pressure to maintain this fantastic pace IMO . . . wait until he starts to second guess himself, losing sleep at night, that kinda stuff . .

I'd rather take an ass-whipping than quit . .

TRUTH! Last year I got in late but had a few good weeks and got within striking distance of @sctarheel. Then I had two weeks of 1-6 and 2-5 records and tanked at the end. So everyone has a chance.

I took Auburn and Auburn and LSU are both Tigers with similar colors, when I used the old logos. I may follow 71-00's lead next time and do Hotties for my picks as well. I doubt anyone will be upset. It would be a welcomed mimicry, I'm sure.

The mistake I made was the Louisville v. Clemson game. I looked at that Clemson Tiger you posted 3 different times and credited it as a Louisville pick. It was a purely dumb mistake on my part is all . .

Your LSU pick I had correct.

I feel the same way. There is something to be said about getting them all wrong. It's like you somehow knew you could and then you executed it perfectly. I sometimes will play ESPNs streak for the cash and am amazed I can sometimes miss 10 straight. I mean that is so awful it deserves its own ranking classification and should be rewarded. ESPN has the bottom 10 right? Maybe we are on to something here?
