So did Ron Cherry also get a time out? The regulars here saw/read what transpired and I sure as hell don't blame Billy for that escalation. I do not respect that guy as a mod or a person if he used his access to flex on another poster like that just to stroke his own ego.

Agree. I don't care what was going on "behind the scenes" or whatever. Those of us who post here regularly -- which is basically everybody -- know the deal with other posters' hot buttons. You don't like 'em, don't push 'em. Or use the ignore button. Or log off for a while. Or permanently. Nobody likes a tattle-tale, and we don't need heavy-handed moderation like that.

@UNC71-00, since you have been appointed the "stand-in" administrator for the contest this week, I'd like to put all kidding aside for a second and make the following statement: It appears to me that @BillyL has been unjustifiably banished from the board. If he is not allowed access before game time Saturday and is not allowed to enter his picks for this week, I will officially forfeit all of my week #8 picks. I don't feel he should be penalized in this contest due to something out of his control. Also, I am not at all suggesting that anyone else do this. It's something that in my case seems only fair.
