I have friends who actually went to that game and sat in the pouring rain and cold to pull for those morons. Despite my feelings for their program, I couldn't bring myself to laugh at them personally since I actually like them. Still, there was something rather gratifying about seeing the Facebook posts from them during the game knowing they were watching their team get rolled while having to endure such bad weather.

Just spent a blissful half hour reading some of their message boards regarding their bowl defeat and UNC, of course. The simple pleasures in life...
Former NC State football player, former co-host of the "Mike and Mark" morning sports talk show in the Triangle, current host of the Wolfpack Sports Properties coaches show.
After the non-targeting call where Switzer had his mouth bloodied, Thomas tweeted, "Awwww couldn't of [sic] happened to a better punk." That coming in a public forum from someone currently employed by NC State's media rights holder. Classy.
He has since deleted the tweet, then lied and said he was referring to the news about Chip Kelly getting fired. Two problems with that. One, the time stamp on the tweet (7:17 pm) coincides with the moment of Switzer's injury. Two, at 7:38 pm he tweeted, "Just saw that Chip Kelly got fired" which obviously indicates that his earlier tweet wasn't about Chip Kelly at all. So not only is he a POS, he's a lying POS. Exactly the kind of guy Wolpfack Nation deserves.
He lied about it cause half the twitterverse jumped his shit about being a horrible human being.

This Mark Thomas thing really needs to be made public on a larger scale. Although it is on a really low level, the guy is a public figure. At a minimum the guy needs to make an apology to Ryan and the Switzer family.
Also, that idiot Matt Fletcher, who is a high school football coach for God's sake needs to be called out as well. It's disgusting that a local high school coach would be happy about a player getting hurt. SMH.

2 - Mark Thomas and this HS asst should both be fired. There is ZERO excuse for liking a college kid getting hurt. Of course NC state has no ethics so they will not fire him. Hopefully, his stupid car company will. I am sure WCPSS would like to know what kind of scum they have employed.

It was something like "I couldn't have said it better myself". It was his response to Mark Thomas getting pleasure out of the hit on Switzer. He is a perfect example of a mouth breathing, knuckle dragging Wolfpecker who hates his life and everything Carolina. Your typical lunatic fringe MooU, white trash fan.
As much as I want the Heels to humiliate the wolpfack and the dookies in each and every game, I would NEVER wish an injury to one of their players, and I'm sure 99% of rational UNC fans feel the same way.
But for these two douche-bags, that are in a public spotlight position (albeit on a small scale) to put those comments out for the general public, is just beyond me. They are losers, and there needs to be consequences and repercussions! But alas, we all know that there won't be. Hell, they're liable to put up another plaque in the moo locker room honoring their tweets.
