What events would be better with alcohol available?

I remember vacationing in Utah circa 1998 and going to a place called "Brew-vies" in SLC where you could drink beer in the theater. There are plenty of places like that now but it was pretty novel at the time.

Women get a glass of wine when they're having a pedicure.

Beer at college sporting events would be nice.

What are some other events or occasions that would be more enjoyable if you could bring or purchase alcohol?

I love that they have beer on tap at Schoolkids Records in Raleigh now. Having some suds while browsing the used CDs is nearly perfect.

Also, dude, forgive me already.

Answer to OP: All the events

Serious answer to OP:
- Museum tours
- Dentist visits --> imagine if they just used that squirter tool and poured some beer in your mouth every so often.
- college football games. I can confirm alcohol makes it more enjoyable
- wedding ceremonies
- parent-teacher conferences
- putt-putt (this might already be a thing)

That's pretty cool. "Suds" reminded me that "Suds and Duds" are the laundromats that serve beer, which of course is a great idea. So is the retro arcade that serves alcohol here in Charlotte.

Had to put you in timeout. You're forgiven. Don't let it happen again.

Dance recitals , Kids plays , piano and violin recitals , tent revivals. The . I'm not sure about washing the plaque , old food particles and blood down you throat with the squirter tool , it may would ruin beer for me. A beer before going in the chair and one when you get out would work.

There's a barber shop in Cary that gives free beer on tap while you wait.

Other places include-
  • Heelfan58 is correct about kid's recitals/plays/concerts/etc.. You can get a beer at an adult recital- why not here?
  • at a restaurant in NC before 12 on a Sunday. I would love to go watch Everton (I'm a lifelong fan) with my mates in the pub and have a pint and often times, the match is on a Sunday (there's actually one in a fortnight). Will have to go to Virginia if I want to have a chilly.
  • Most any decent BBQ restaurant. I like sweet tea and all, but it's time.
  • At halftime in the parking lot of a Carolina football game. This is the only thing Moo gets right.
