The old adage that "past performance does not always correlate to future performance" could not be more appropriate than now! Recruiting for the recent past was negatively impacted by a multitude of external factors. Now that most of that "stuff" is behind us AND we have been winning a lot AND scandal is impacting others.....our future recruiting will probably look very different!

I look forward to recruiting in the NRE! (New Roy Era)

I expect to see more and more early signings and multiple 5* peeps with UNC at the top of their lists for the foreseeable future! I also expect us to be more successful with the "wait & see" crowd that tends to sign later!
