Here are my starters for 2018-2019. Felton will make the sophomore jump and excel. Don't think the Heels can go very far with small ball. Need to have an effective inside game. Manley will make the jump.

Felton
Williams
Little
Maye
Manley--20 minutes a game minimum

Cam--20-25 minutes a game (if he is back)
Coby White 20-minutes a game

If Cam does not come back.

Felton
Williams
Little
Maye
Manley-20- 25 minutes a game minimum

Coby White --25-minutes a game
Brooks--15 minutes per game

Hard to say without knowing how much off season development we get from our frosh bigs. So for now I would say:
Jalek/7th - so far that would be a close call, I think Jalek will win out but...
Kenny
Cam - if he is there
Little - I think starts at the 4, at the 3 if Cam does leave
Luke - With Luke moving to the 4 a lot and Manley coming in at the 5.

Seventh
Williams
Cam
Nassir
Maye.

If Cam leaves

Seventh
Williams
Nassir
Maye
Manley

7th and Felton will about evenly split.
Williams and white will about 25/15 split.
Nassir and Robinson will about 25/15 split.
Maye will get about 30 minutes and Brooks 10
Manley will get about 20 minutes and the other 20 will be 5 minutes Brooks and 15 minutes small ball with Felton/woods or White taking it up.

Jalek / Seventh - this will be the biggest battle
Kenny
Nassir
Luke
Sterling

Agreed. But I think there's also the chance that Roy goes small again next year and Cam and Nas start at the 3 and 4 respectively.

I'm worried sick about PG play. Watching us this year has terrified me about next year. Can you imagine this team without Berry? Good lord.

I remember that Page was very erratic his freshman year. There is still a lot of season left and a chance for Felton to get better.

I love Berry as a scorer but he's not really a point guard. Does he ever come even close to leading us in assists? Unfortunately our shooters this year need someone to set them up.

Marcus was pretty bad, but he was a different type of bad. Nobody ever questioned his effort or attitude.

This! I like everything about Berry except his ability to get the ball where it needs to be. I'm not saying he can't or isn't good at it, it's just that he isn't what we're used to. Players like Cota, Felton, Marshall and Lawson are the type of point guards that I came to love.

Berry is playing too many minutes and Felton needs to step up. Berry shot 2-3 airballs against Va Tech because he exhausted.

It's too bad Felton hasn't played well. I'd have loved to see him at pg with Berry at the 2. He clearly has great vision.

Yep. Took him about 2/3 of his freshman year.

Took Joel nearly all his freshman year to beat out Nate, too.

But the difference is that we could see the progress with those guys. I'm not getting that same feel with Jalek. But I hope to soon.

I wonder what we'd be seeing if Joel had gone pro and Seventh were healthy. Could be some good competition there. But now there isn't. Jalek can't win against Joel and 7th isn't there to compare himself with.

Sometimes he looks good. Sometimes he looks lost. Sometimes he brings intensity. Sometimes he doesn't seem to care. Hard kid to figure out.

I could be wrong but I think it's a lot to expect anything more than 15-18 MPG from Manley next season. See a lot of people penciling him in for 20-25 MPG next season.

We were told by some before the season started that Jalek and Cam will be going pro this year.

Others have suggested that Seventh is unhappy and will transfer.

None of that is likely to be true, but I thought I'd lay out my lineup on the assumption that it's all true. Just for fun.

Rechon - Coby - Andrew
Kenny - Coby - BRob
Little - BRob - Rechon - Shea
Luke - Garrison - Walker
Sterling - Huff

If Andrew Coby and/or Leaky do a decent job at point, and if our bigs make hoped-for advances in the off-season, that could be a middle of the ACC team. Possibly better.

One of those "last in" teams that then gets a #7 seed.
