James or Hicks?

I was a bit shocked by the staff going with James over Hicks last game. But this is UCLA, a team who has beaten Kentucky and the Zags this season.

Hicks is looking to dunk every time he gets the ball. And he can defend away from the basket. Brice struggles defending away from the hoop. Parker will be pulling guys out and shooting. Johnson staying under the rim at Center wouldn't be a bad coaching move.

James most definitely needs to start this game. If there is one game we will play without Meeks that James needs to start it is this one.

Joel needs to start due to the size they present but also to be the guy that can bang a bit, we don't need Brice in a ny matchup like that, their big kid will be tough, they have guards that shoot well...tough game in every aspect and even though it is December this is important, more for the team IMO than anything else. Just go out there and show we have some tools in our toolbox and get back to Carolina basketball. GO HEELS!
