Why is it called the Morehead/Cain Scholarship, now?

I assume the Morehead Scholarship was needing some additional funds.

Seems to have been the case:

"In 2007, the program was renamed the Morehead-Cain foundation after a $100 million donation from the Gordon and Mary Cain Foundation." (Link)
