I know I will be there after spending the afternoon at the State Fair. I am always interested to see how the freshmen react to their first time on the Smith Center floor with a ton of fans in attendance watching their every movement...

I WILL!!!! I just bought all four kids brand spanking new tar heel shirts as well as the wife I have plenty so I didn't need one but bought one anyway. We are leaving our home here in J-VILLE at about 0630 I asked a while back with not a lot of response so I'll ask again what is there to do in chapel Hill while we wait. We are already going to the basketball museum and top of the hill and Johnny t-shirt anywhere else you guys suggest?
p.s. I know I bought shirts for all four kids but only the two that are in school are actually coming 3rd and 5th grade respectfully so keep all suggestions in the G -PG range

It's my birthday and I tried to get off work but couldn't. I should be there by 6:00 or so. Can't wait to see the new banner and get a first hand preview of the latest UNC team.
Unfortunately high school football is getting in my way of attending though I will be in town Saturday for college visit and either UNC/Virginia or an afternoon at the State Fair

Wish I could be there. I will be about 30 minutes away watching my son play football. If it weren't his senior season and he wasn't on the field 90% of every game, I might would skip seeing him play just to see what the Dean Dome will be like with the recruit we have there and the news from today. I can't imagine there will be a better place for Tar Heel fans to be!

Here is my run down of the scrimmage
Jalek is oad he was better than every player out there tonight.
Joel is still the man looked more aggressive and you can tell he has worked on his crossover
Pinsons shot is MUCH improved and his dribble looks much tighter.
Seventh has improved his shot it looks much more fluid his crossover is killer and the game is starting g to slow down for him.
B-Rob has a nasty crossover pull up game
Cam Johnson is as advertised ditto Luke Maybe
Garrison Brooks is better than advertised so is Manley for that matter so is Huffman though Huffman needs to work on his post moves.
Kenny's shot looked rusty. Those are my observations from we're I was sitting f in 118
