Not the best start. Won three in a row last weekend. All we need is two this weekend.
Didn't hit the ball bad, but right at everyone. Honeycutt is a stud, love this team and we've been there before. Arkansas is tough as I knew they would be but win tomorrow and then get another shot.
Today was a perfect example of how a pitcher than can effectively change speeds and throw breaking balls for strikes, can beat good hitting. Arkansas starter did that for 6+ innings. College kids with composite bats can handle 90+ velocity. Take 10-15 mph off the fastball and hitting not so easy. Hope Heels can force game 3 tomorrow.

Good thing about NCAA Baseball Tournament is you can actually lose 4 times and still win a National Championship!!!! Backs are against the wall as we need to win Sunday and Monday but I know this team will come out with fight tomorrow that they have shown all year!!

Mac Horvath is out for the rest of the season, he has appendix surgery this morning.
A big blow losing Mac but as Danny said we’ve been fighting all year!!! Nothing doing in T1 for UNC
