We are going to have Dickie-Do's BBQ from Haw River(Matt Trisky) cater the meat for the tailgate on Saturday--BBQ sandwiches, and BBQ ribs. Just trying to get the bad taste out from our opening game. We are going to need a hard count by noon on Wednesday for the caterer. Expect around $10 per person, but I will have to refine the cost when most of the variables are known. We will need help with lots of items: rolls, slaw (white &red), and lot's of other side dishes. Please let me know how many you are bringing, and what food items--everybody needs to bring something to make this work! Jimmy, I hope you can get to, and hold our spot by 12 noon! We are trying to make this a really fun tailgate, so if you can think of anything to improve it--please let us know!
