Does anyone have any information on when to expect the game times for the conference games to be released? I am wondering mainly about the duke game.

Unfortunately, most conference game times aren't released until close to the date of the game. That's because the media rights holders (primarily ESPN/ABC for ACC games) want to put the most compelling matchups in prime time. They're allowed to exercise a "six day option" which means they don't have to announce the game times until the Monday before a Saturday game is played.
